Are you a family in need of services?
Bridge of Hope helps families, primarily those led by single mothers, who are struggling with their finances and are facing homelessness.
Bridge of Hope does not offer emergency housing or emergency rental assistance.
Through an approximately 12–18-month program with Bridge of Hope, you will work with a case manager and be connected to a Neighborhood of Support to help your family secure safe and sustainable housing that meets your needs. To help you on your way, Bridge of Hope will also provide temporary rental assistance.
If Bridge of Hope is not available in your area or doesn’t meet your current needs, please reach out to your local 211 helpline to explore other support options.
If you are in need of shelter from domestic violence, contact the National Domestic Violence hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or 1-800-787-3224 (TTY). If you have questions about the program, feel free to contact us.
Non-discrimination Statement Bridge of Hope serves families regardless of race, ethnicity, faith or life experiences. Bridge of Hope takes seriously the call to serve families without discrimination, extending compassion and grace without judgement to families facing homelessness. In Bridge of Hope, faith and church attendance are neither program requirements nor expectations.
